Eine Registrierung ist für ein Musik-Kauf und Download nicht erforderlich.

Preise

Da wir Ihnen immer den bestmöglichen Preis unserer Produkte anbieten möchten, kann es vorkommen, dass sich die Preise einzelner Produkte ändern. Generell gilt: Berechnet wird der Preis, dem Sie im Zeitpunkt der Bestellung zugestimmt haben. Da die meisten Bestellungen aus Europa kommen sind die Preise in Euro angegeben.

Preis- und Sortimentsänderungen sowie technische Änderungen bleiben vorbehalten. Sämtliche Angebote sind freibleibend. Irrtümliche Angaben und Druckfehler vorbehalten.

Musik Downloads:

Sofern ein wichtiger Grund vorliegt, z.B. begründeter Verdacht auf Rechtsverletzungen, können einzelne Downloads aus dem Kundenkonto gelöscht werden.

Der Download von Musik muss direkt nach dem Kauf erfolgen. Es besteht kein Anspruch erworbene Inhalte erneut herunter laden zu können.

Rückerstattung

Eine Rückerstattung bei erfolgten Musik-Käufen ist nicht möglich. Ausgenommen sind techische Tropleme. Musiktitel können vor den Kauf angehört werden.

Die für die Geschäftsabwicklung notwendigen Daten werden gespeichert und im Rahmen der Bestellabwicklung bei Bedarf an die mit dem Versand und der Rechnungsstellung beauftragte Unternehmen weitergeleitet.
